Abstract:
This bead appearance inspection device is provided with: an acquisition unit which acquires input data pertaining to a weld bead; a storage unit which stores a first determination reference and a second determination reference to be used for inspecting for a failure in the weld bead; a first determination unit which executes a first inspection determination for the weld bead; and k (k is an integer equal to or greater than 1) second determination units which execute a second inspection determination for the weld bead, wherein, an appearance inspection result for the weld bead is created and output by using a determination result of whether a first inspection result acquired by the first inspection determination meets the first determination reference and a determination result of whether a second inspection result meets the second determination reference.
