Abstract:
Provided are a bead guide and a curved belt conveyor whereby sliding resistance and generation of abrasion powder during conveyor operation can be reduced relative to the prior art. A bead guide 30 in which at least a portion of the bead guide 30 contacts beads of a conveyance belt in a curved belt conveyor and thereby positions the conveyance belt to suppress movement of the conveyance belt toward the inner periphery thereof, the bead guide 30 being configured so as to be provided with a support part 31 fixed to a frame, and a rod-shaped part 32 that is formed from a resin and supported by the support part 31, extends in a direction along an outer peripheral edge part from the support part 31, and is provided so that at least a portion thereof contacts the beads.
