Abstract:
Picture data of an original picture is recorded in a computer in a pixel unit. Recorded
picture data of the computer is processed into subtractive picture data in the
number of bead colors which are previously set with a size of a bead picture to be
generated and sizes of the beads to be used as reference. Subtractive picture
data is digitized into color numbers in a picture pixel unit. The color numbers
of the digitized subtractive picture data are displayed on a color number array
table in the prescribed size, which is made to correspond to the original picture.
A plurality of beads corresponding to the respective color numbers are arranged
and supported in a picture frame based on arrangement of the displayed color numbers.
Thus, the bead picture is completed. Transparent resin liquid cured at an ordinary
temperature or a heating temperature is poured into a gap between bead groups
arranged in the picture frame. Transparent resin in the gap between the beads
is integrally cured on inner faces of front/rear transparent plates, and the
picture is formed in a bead support receiving part.
