Abstract:
A bearing device (1) for a vehicle wheel in which a holding implement (7) is configured from a one-side annular part (71), an other-side annular part (72), and a plurality of column parts (73) connecting the one-side annular part (71) and the other-side annular part (72), wherein the column parts (73) pass between mutually adjacent rolling elements (4) and extend diametrically outward past a pitch circle (Pc) of the rolling elements (4), wall parts (74) extend from respective column parts (73) toward a center axis (7C) of the holding implement (7), and the distance (B) from the center axis (7C) of the holding implement (7) to the diametrically inner-side ends of the wall parts (74) is less than a value resulting from subtracting a maximum eccentricity (D) of the holding implement (7) from the pitch circle diameter (P) of the rolling elements (4).
