Abstract:
A beat effect-based quartz-enhanced photoacoustic spectroscopy apparatus and method, the apparatus comprising a photoacoustic signal detection module, a gas chamber (2), a light source module and a data collection module; by means of detecting a beat signal generated by a process of mixing a piezoelectric signal output by a quartz tuning fork (1) and a demodulation signal of a lock-in amplifier (9), the present invention can accurately obtain electrical parameters of a quartz crystal oscillator and concentration of a gas to be detected on a millisecond time scale; the present invention can be used for online monitoring of gases in fields including environmental monitoring, food safety monitoring and industrial production control.
