Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a beer-flavored beverage that: contains 0.05–8.00 mg/L maltol, 0.005–3.00 mg/L furaneol, and 0.005–0.80 mg/L β-damascenone; has less than 5 kcal per 360 mL; and has an ethanol content of less than 0.5 (v/v)%.
