Abstract:
In the present invention, a log acquisition unit (111) acquires an operation log regarding an information processing device that runs a guest operating system (OS) on Hypervisor, the operation log including a monitoring log for a monitored item and a factor candidate log for each of a plurality of factor candidate items that affect the monitored item. A factor identification unit (112) identifies a factor candidate item for which a threshold value is exceeded by the difference between a value indicated by the factor candidate log at a normal time, i.e. when a value indicated by the monitoring log is within a standard range, and a value indicated by the factor candidate log at an abnormal time, i.e. when the value indicated by the monitoring log is outside the standard range. A setting change unit (113) determines a setting item allocated to the identified factor candidate item to be an item to be changed.
