Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a beer-flavored low-alcohol beverage that has body to the taste, a nice balance between the intensity of rich flavor and the intensity of aroma, and fruity and flowery aromas. A solution to the problem is a beer-flavored low-alcohol beverage containing an alcohol-removed wort fermented liquid, 1000-7000 ppb of linalool, 180-320 ppb of geraniol, 35-75 ppb of β-citronellol, 3-15 ppb of myrcene, and 0.05-0.5 ppb of β-ionone.
