Abstract:
A beverage extraction device, a beverage extraction method that can support a wide variety of types and blends of tea leaves and coffee beans, and a beverage extraction program are provided. This beverage extraction device (1) includes a bottle part (10) which can hold a liquid and the top surface of which can be covered with a lid (20); a base part (30) which rotatably holds a base magnet (32) and on which the bottle part is arranged; a motor (55) which rotates the base magnet; an infuser (40) inside of which an infuser magnet (46) is arranged and which, when immersed in the bottle part, rotates with rotation of the base magnet; and an inversion means for vertically inverting the infuser by reversing the magnetic poles of the base magnet.
