Abstract:
Disclosed are a bile duct stent and a manufacturing method thereof. A bile duct stent having a backflow prevention means according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a cylindrical body having a mesh structure manufactured by zigzag-weaving metal yarns of a shape memory alloy onto a plurality of pins respectively arranged in the circumferential direction (X) and longitudinal direction (Y) of a cylindrical jig; a film part coated on a metal yarn cell having the mesh structure; and a backflow prevention pattern film in which each of holes is formed in the film part of the cell formed at the outlet end of the cylindrical body, and a lasso, which passes through one of the holes (h) and is zigzag-woven and fixed to the metal yarn cell oriented in the circumferential direction, crosses the outlet end at least once to form a network structure.
