Abstract:

A binder resin for a toner, which is produced by subjecting an amorphous resin and a crystalline resin to melting, kneading and reaction and is characterized in that it comprises a network structure having the crystalline resin as a component; a method for producing the binder resin; and a toner using said binder resin. The above binder resin for a toner is used in an electronic photography and the like, and is a binder resin containing a crystalline resin which combines excellent low temperature fixation property and excellent offset resistance.
