Abstract:
The present invention relates to a technology for constructing a tubular biotissue, such as a blood vessel, a nerve conduit, and the like and, more specifically, to a bioink composition kit for a tubular biotissue, a fabrication method therefor, a method for constructing a tubular biotissue, and a tubular biotissue constructed by the method, wherein a bioink composition kit composed of two solutions having different in physical properties to each other due to their different components, and tubular biotissues having various shapes can be easily constructed by using the bioink composition with different physical properties in the shell and core of the coaxial nozzle.
