Abstract:
The present invention relates to a biosensor using a milliwell or microwell structure, comprising: a connection module that can be electrically connected to an external device; and a sensing module configured to sense a target material from an analysis sample introduced thereinto, and transmit an electrical signal generated by reacting with the sensed target material, to the connection module, wherein: the sensing module has a sensor which senses the target material from the analysis sample, and reacts with the target material to generate the electrical signal; the sensor includes a substrate, a plurality of electrodes provided on one surface of the substrate and reacting with the target material to generate an electrochemical signal, and a milliwell or microwell structure provided on the electrodes and comprising a plurality of grooves; and the sensing module is detachable from the connection module.
