The present invention provides a plasma generation apparatus that forms a patterned adhesive layer on the surface of a separation sheet, the apparatus comprising: a roller unit that is provided with a conveyance roller for conveying the separation sheet and includes a metal member embedded in the conveyance roller; and a plasma generation unit that is provided with a main body, a plurality of electrode members, and a guide member, wherein the main body is positioned spaced apart from the conveyance roller and is elongated in the width direction of the separation sheet, said width direction being perpendicular to the conveyance direction of the separation sheet, the plurality of electrode members are arranged in the width direction of the separation sheet and form a patterned adhesive layer on the surface of the separation sheet by generating plasma only at positions on the surface of the separation sheet that face the metal member, and the guide member fixes the plurality of electrode members to the main body. The guide member is detachably coupled to the main body and can simultaneously fix or separate the plurality of electrode members to or from the main body.
