A bistable solenoid valve, comprising: an air inlet pipe (1), a valve body (2), and an air outlet pipe (3). The valve body (2) is internally provided with a cylindrical cavity; a fixed ring magnet (4), a moving assembly (5), and an electromagnet (6) are successively provided in the cylindrical cavity along a direction from an air inlet end to an air outlet end; and the moving assembly (5) can move between the fixed ring magnet (4) and the electromagnet (6) along the axial direction of the cylindrical cavity. The moving assembly (5) can seal a valve port under the attraction of the fixed ring magnet (4), so that the valve remains normally closed; when the valve is energized, under the attraction of the electromagnet (6), the moving assembly (5) moves away from the valve port (15) and is attached to a cylindrical iron core (64) of the electromagnet (6), and the valve is opened. The solenoid valve has a bistable structure, so that the reliability of the solenoid valve is improved, and the energy consumption and size of the solenoid valve are reduced. The solenoid valve can be used in a microelectronic system.
