Abstract:
A high-flow piezoelectric pump with steplessly adjustable pressure. The high-flow piezoelectric pump comprises an upper end cover (2), a lower end cover (3), a jet chamber piezoelectric assembly (4), a semi-active one-way valve, and an outlet tube (1) which is located on the upper end cover (2). The jet chamber piezoelectric assembly (4) comprises, from top to bottom, a perforated piezoelectric vibrator (41), a pump chamber washer (42) and a dual-action piezoelectric vibrator (43) that are connected in sequence, the perforated piezoelectric vibrator (41) and the dual-action piezoelectric vibrator (43) vibrating synchronously in opposite directions; and the semi-active one-way valve comprises a cross-cantilever-beam spring member (6) and a semi-active one-way valve flap (7). According to the piezoelectric pump, the pressure of the pump is increased, the high-flow characteristic of a jet pump is retained, pressure adjustability of the pump is achieved, and the piezoelectric pump can be used for microfluidic control systems and micro-device heat dissipation systems.
