Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a black liquid crystal polymer film which, due to containing a sufficient amount of a black pigment, is black in color so as to provide a clear difference in light reflectance from a metal foil, and in which a spot of high-concentration of the black pigment is significantly inhibited, and which has superior dielectric characteristics and insulating characteristics, and a multilayer plate, an electronic circuit substrate, and a multilayer substrate which include the black liquid crystal polymer film and have similar characteristics. The black liquid crystal polymer film according to the present invention is characterized by containing a black pigment and a liquid crystal polymer, and having a brightness of 45 or less, a dielectric loss tangent of 0.0035 or less, and a minimum dielectric strength of 60 kV/mm or more, wherein the ratio of the maximum value to the minimum value of the thermal linear expansion coefficient in a planar direction is 1.0-2.5.
