Abstract:
A blocking detection unit (111) uses three-dimensional point cloud data indicating three-dimensional coordinate values for each measurement point measured by a laser scanner attached to a measurement vehicle to detect one or more blocked sections where the road surface of a target road that was traveled on by the measurement vehicle has not been measured. A result display unit (112) generates a target road map showing the target road and distinguishing the one or more blocked sections from unblocked sections where the road surface of the target road has been measured and displays the target road map.
