Abstract:
The present invention provides a blood pressure measurement apparatus with which it is possible to improve the accuracy of blood pressure measurement results. This blood pressure measurement apparatus (1) is provided with: a sac-like cuff (71) which is to be wound around the body (100) and which inflates when a fluid is fed to the interior thereof; a feed device (3) which feeds a fluid into the cuff (71); and a guide part (84) which is provided on the body (100) side of the cuff (71) and which forms, on the body (100) side of the cuff (71), wrinkles that intersect with the winding direction of the cuff (71) when the cuff (71) inflates to exert pressure on the body (100).
