Abstract:
A signal security system that is operated through circulation of a telegram message could take excessive time to release and secure an occupancy right, depending on the circulation sequence and circulation timing of the telegram message, thereby leading to an inhibiting factor for high-density operation of trains. Thus, on-board devices (101-103) that are mounted on trains so as to update and send/receive telegram messages circulate a telegram message (201) between a plurality of trains (1-3) traveling on tracks in a specific area, and the telegram message (201) contains information on desired telegram acquisition time that indicates a timing at which the telegram message needs to be acquired, whereby the on-board devices (101-103) determine, on the basis of the information on the desired telegram message acquisition time, the on-board vehicle that is to directly receive the telegram message (201).
