Abstract:
In order to increase connection reliability in coil antennas, this production method for wireless communications devices includes: a step in which a circuit board is prepared that comprises an RFIC element mounted to a first surface and an interlayer conductor connected to the RFIC element and extending from the first surface to a second surface facing the first surface; a step in which at least the first surface of the circuit board is covered by an element block; and a step in which a coil-shaped conductor encircling the circuit board and the element block and connected to an end section of the interlayer conductor is used and a coil antenna connected to the RFIC element via the interlayer conductor is formed.
