Abstract:
An ESS battery pack according to the present invention comprises: a battery module having a plurality of battery cells, and a cell housing provided in a hollow board shape so that the plurality of battery cells can be accommodated therein; and a system module arranged at the bottom of the battery module, and including a battery management system and a box-shaped system housing, which accommodates the battery management system therein at one side and has a docking part formed at the other side to enable a lower end portion of the cell housing to be vertically inserted therein, wherein the battery module can be separated from the system module if the cell housing is lifted up from the docking part.
