Abstract:
A body assessment system (100) comprises: a body composition estimation unit (54) that estimates a body composition value for one or more items of a user on the basis of bioelectrical impedance of one or more body parts of the user; an index value acquisition unit (56) that acquires, with respect to an index for assessing the user's body for a predetermined purpose, an index value for a user on the basis of the body composition value for the one or more items; a target value calculation unit (57) that calculates, on a user-by-user basis, a target value with respect to the index according to the user's physical characteristics; and a screen information generation unit (59) that generates screen information indicating the relationship between the index value and the target value.
