Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of thermal power generation, and provides a boiler bypass flue assembly facilitating flow adjustment and a method for using same. The boiler bypass flue assembly comprises a pipeline (1), wherein a flow adjustment baffle (2) is mounted on a side wall of the pipeline (1), and a cleaning device (9) is mounted on an inner side wall of the pipeline (1). Since the rotation of a filter cartridge (81) drives the reverse rotation of a liquid pipe (91), when a pressing plate (83) provided on an inner side wall of the filter cartridge (81) presses against an end of an impact plate (93), the impact plate (93) slides inwards along an inner side wall of a connecting plate (96); and when the pressing plate (83) cannot press the impact plate (93) again, the impact plate (93) impacts the filter cartridge (81) under the action of a reset spring (95) and a centrifugal force, so that dust adhered to the filter cartridge (81) and oil stains emulsified by an emulsifier can drop down under the vibration of the filter cartridge (81), thereby achieving the purification of flue gas in the pipeline (1), preventing the flue gas discharged from the pipeline (1) from affecting the denitration efficiency and the service life of a denitration device, ensuring the stable operation of the denitration device, and saving on resources. Moreover, the function of automatically adjusting the flow of the flue gas can be achieved by means of the flow adjustment baffle (2).
