Abstract:
A boiler steam drum (1) expansion indication method. At present, an equipment operator can know the expansion condition of equipment only after viewing an indicator on site, and in many cases, because the site condition of the equipment is complex, the environment is poor, and a plurality of expansion indicators are distributed at different parts of the equipment, the operator cannot discover abnormal expansion of the equipment in a timely manner. The method comprises the following steps: a telescopic corrugated rubber sleeve (3) is bonded to the side face of a protective box (4), and distance measuring sensors (6) are fixed to a fixing block (5) by means of screws; one distance measuring sensor (6) is fixed in the X direction, one distance measuring sensor (6) is fixed in the Y direction, and one distance measuring sensor (6) is fixed in the Z direction, so that the three distance measuring sensors (6) can measure the change of the distance in three directions simultaneously, so as to achieve expansion amount monitoring; a connecting rod (2) is welded on a steam drum (1), and when expansion occurs, each distance measuring sensor (6) respectively measures the distance to the corresponding side surface of the protective box (4), and the expansion amount can be monitored in real time by means of the change of the distance. The method is used for boiler steam drum (1) expansion indication.
