Abstract:
Boiler waste gas treatment equipment, comprising a heat collection tank (1) and a treatment tank (2) fixed in the heat collection tank (1). The heat collection tank (1) is provided with a medium inlet (3) and a medium outlet (4); an air passing pipe (5) is installed on the treatment tank (2), and the end of the air passing pipe (5) extending out of the heat collection tank (1) is provided with an exhaust port (6); an air inlet (7) on the heat collection tank (1) is communicated with the treatment tank (2); a filtering assembly (8) is installed in the treatment tank (2); the portion of the air passing pipe (5) located in the heat collection tank (1) is provided with a plurality of groups of heat collection assemblies (9); the heat collection tank (1) comprises a main tank body (10) and an air inlet tank body (11) on one side of the main tank body (10), and the air inlet (7) is arranged on the air inlet tank body (11). The treatment tank (2) is arranged inside the heat collection tank (1), so that heat damage during a waste gas filtering process is reduced; gas purified by the filtering assembly (8) enters the air passing pipe (5), heat in the waste gas is collected by the plurality of groups of heat collection assemblies (9) arranged at the air passing pipe (5), and the heat is transferred to a heat exchange medium in the heat collection tank (1) and absorbed by the medium in the heat collection tank (1), thereby achieving the purpose of waste heat recovery.
