Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a main body adapted for mounting at ground surface level, in the interior of which is formed a storage space and on the outer surface of which is formed a clear window which provides a clear view into the storage space; a plurality of base plates which are provided in layers in such a way that they can be joined to and separated from each other in the storage space, and which receive power from an external source; a plurality of light-emitting diode units provided on the outer surfaces of the base plates which emit light that shines through the clear window to the exterior; a cooling unit for cooling the light-emitting diode units; and a camera installed in the main body. The advantages of the present invention include prevention of collisions by vehicles and pedestrians because its position is easily discerned even at night by the light-emitting diodes shining light from the interior of the bollard. Additional advantages provided by the present invention include illumination of pedestrian crossings which prevents accidents at night, and if an incident does occur, the cause can be easily ascertained using image information captured by the camera.
