Provided are: a bracket for a vibration-damping device, the bracket having a novel structure, the bracket using a reduced number of parts and having consistent quality; a bracket-equipped vibration-damping device having a novel structure, the bracket-equipped vibration-damping device using said bracket for a vibration-damping device; and a method for manufacturing said bracket for a vibration-damping device. Provided is a bracket (14) for a vibration-damping device, the bracket (14) being provided with a cylindrical section (54) mounted and fitted over a second mounting member (18) of a vibration-damping device body (12). A stopper section (56) which comes into contact with the first mounting member (16) side to limit the amount of relative movement between the first mounting member (16) and the second mounting member (18), and/or a stationary piece (58) which is affixed to a member constituting a vibration transmission system, is formed at either of the openings of the cylindrical section (54) so as to be integral with the opening and so as to expand to the outer peripheral side.
