Abstract:

A brake unit of elevator hoist machine that eases thickness reduction and size reduction, excelling in reliability and productivity. To obtain the same, a self fusion bonding wire and a prepreg tape are wound round a resin made bobbin. Subsequently, a glass tape is wound round the outside of the prepreg tape to thereby fix a wire binding part where lead wires are connected to the self fusion bonding wire onto the prepreg tape. Thereafter, while applying pressure with the glass tape held inside, electric current is passed through the self fusion bonding wire to thereby attain fusion bonding of the resin of the self fusion bonding wire and simultaneously attain fusion bonding of the resin used for impregnation of the prepreg tape. Thus, fixing of the glass tape onto the prepreg tape is accomplished.
