Abstract:
Switching operations for power sources of devices in a computer system are related
to each other, so that the computer can be smoothly started up. In order to read
an operating system a server device (10) controls to let an FC card α (11)
access a disc array device A (31). The FC card α (11) acquires response information
sent from the disc array device A (31) in response to the access. Where this response
information is a specific access error defined in advance, the server device
(10) controls the FC card α (11) to change an access address to a disc array
device B (32) different from the sending source of the response information and
let the FC card α (11) access the changed address.
