Abstract:
The present invention provides a broadband wavelength plate device and a method for manufacturing the same, the broadband wavelength plate device having a simple configuration and enabling accurate light modulation. The broadband wavelength plate device comprises: a first conductive layer; multiple quantum well layers, located on the first conductive layer, in which well layers and barrier layers are alternately stacked; and an antenna layer located on the multiple quantum well layers and having the shape of a plurality of stripes parallel to each other.
