Abstract:

The present disclosure describes a bubble generation device (1) that is attached to a liquid tank and generates fine bubbles in a liquid in a liquid tank by means of vibrations. The bubble generation device (1) is provided with a vibrating plate (2), a first cylindrical body (31), a spring part (32), a second cylindrical body (33), and a piezoelectric element (4). The vibrating plate (2) has multiple fine holes formed therein, and has one surface that is in contact with a liquid and another surface that is in contact with a gas. The first cylindrical body (31) holds the vibrating plate (2) at one end. The plate-shaped spring part (32) supports the other end of the first cylindrical body (31). The second cylindrical body (33) supports, at one end, a position of the spring part (32) which is outside the position where the first cylindrical body (31) is supported. The piezoelectric element (4) is provided to the other end of the second cylindrical body (33), and causes the second cylindrical body (33) to vibrate.
