Abstract:
The present disclosure provides: a bubble generation device in which fine openings are formed and an area where bubbles are generated from a vibrating plate that is made to vibrate is expanded; and a bubble generation system that uses the bubble generation device. The present disclosure describes a bubble generation device that is attached to a liquid tank, and generates fine bubbles in a liquid in the liquid tank by means of vibrations. The bubble generation device comprises a vibrating plate (2) and a vibrating body. The vibrating plate (2) has formed therein multiple pores (2b) and micropores (2c), has one surface that is in contact with a liquid, and has another surface that is contact with a gas. The vibrating body causes the vibrating plate (2) to vibrate. The multiple pores (2b) and micropores (2c) formed in the vibrating plate (2) are formed in a MEMS production step.
