Abstract:
Disclosed is a buffer layer wrapping and metal sheath extrusion production line for a high-voltage cable, comprising: an insulated core pretreatment chamber, a metal rod treatment device, a wrapping and traction operation chamber, and an extrusion machine. The insulated core pretreatment chamber and the wrapping and traction operation chamber are both provided with temperature and humidity monitoring and regulation devices. The metal rod treatment device is arranged above or beside the insulated core pretreatment chamber and the wrapping and traction operation chamber. One side of the wrapping and traction operation chamber facing the metal rod treatment device is provided with a feeding inlet, and one side facing the extrusion machine is provided with a discharge outlet. The present disclosure can significantly reduce the impact of moisture on the production process of the high-voltage cable buffer layer and improve the operation stability of the cable.
