Abstract:
A coffee brewing device, comprising a main bracket (2), a brewing assembly (c) used for placing a coffee capsule brewing box (7), a hydraulic sealing assembly (a), a piercing sealing assembly (b), and a guide member (5). The hydraulic sealing assembly (a), the piercing sealing assembly (b), and the guide member (5) are mounted in the main bracket (2). The guide member (5) passes through the piercing sealing assembly (b) and the hydraulic sealing assembly (a) at the same time. The hydraulic sealing assembly (a) is movably arranged in the main bracket (2) along the guide member (5). A brewing chamber (6) is formed between the hydraulic sealing assembly (a) and the piercing sealing assembly (b). The brewing assembly (c) is placed in the brewing chamber (6). The hydraulic sealing assembly (a) is supported at the bottom of the brewing assembly (c). The coffee brewing device drives the brewing assembly (c) to rise in the brewing chamber (6) by means of the hydraulic sealing assembly (a). When the brewing assembly (c) rises to the top of the brewing chamber (6), the brewing assembly (c) and the piercing sealing assembly (b) tightly press the coffee capsule brewing box (7), and then the piercing sealing assembly (b) pierces the coffee capsule in the coffee capsule brewing box (7), thereby achieving efficient coffee brewing.
