Abstract:
The present invention discloses a building board and a manufacturing method thereof, comprising: a main body and a decoration board, the main body comprises a core material having a plurality of honeycomb holes, a first fiber layer which is adhered to the upper end of the core material through a first foaming material, a second fiber layer which is adhered to the lower end of the core material through a second foaming material, and a sealing edge formed by folding the periphery of the first fiber layer and/or the second fiber layer and adhered to the peripheral side of the core material, the axis lines of the honeycomb holes are perpendicular to a plane where the main body is located after extending horizontally, the decoration board is adhered to the upper surface of the first fiber layer through the first foaming material by means of mold pressing forming, the first foaming material is adhered to the hole walls of the honeycomb holes close to the upper end of the core material, the second foaming material is adhered to the hole walls of the honeycomb holes close to the lower end of the core material, the sealing edge is arranged on the side edges of the periphery of the core material, so that the waterproof performance of the board is enhanced, the decoration board is adhered in a mold pressing forming mode, so that the decoration board is adhered more firmly and does not fall off easily.
