Abstract:
Provided is a building management system that can detect a person who does not use an elevator for moving. An elevator usage determination unit (7) of a building management system (1) determinates, on the basis of exit information, entry information, operation information, and time information, whether or not a user (2) uses an elevator to move from a first region to a second region. The exit information is generated when the user (2) exits from the first region, and includes information on a floor on which the first region is provided and identification information for identifying the user (2). The entry information is generated when the user (2) enters the second region, and includes information on a floor on which the second region is provided and identification information for identifying the user (2). Each of a plurality of pieces of stop information included in the operation information is generated when an elevator car is stopped, and includes information on a stop floor. The time information includes: information on an exit time when the exit information is generated; an entry time when the entry information is generated; and a stop time when each of the plurality of pieces of stop information is generated.
