Abstract:
Disclosed is a balance type double-layer nozzle double-row tube gas wave refrigerator. By mounting a special double-layer nozzle (19) on a spindle (22) of the gas wave refrigerator to spray gas into a corresponding double-row oscillation receiving tube (28) to complete refrigeration, the purposes of multiplying the number of receiving tubes, increasing the handling capacity and improving the efficiency can be achieved, and by setting up a hydraulic balance device to offset, overcome and balance the disadvantage of the significant increase in an axial force caused by axial gas intake, the problem of shortening the service life of the machine can be effectively solved. A transmission device is built in a middle segment of the machine in an embedded manner and is driven by an electric motor (45), thus solving well the contradiction that both ends of the machine are occupied. In order to prevent the mixing and leakage of gases before and after refrigeration and to improve the efficiency of refrigeration, in addition to the use of a labyrinth seal and a spiral seal, a mechanical seal for a plurality of single end surfaces is also used, the mechanical seal can be better adapted to the production conditions of the gas wave refrigerator and can ensure long service life, and stable and safe operation of the apparatus.
