Abstract:
This burner for glass melting is an oxygen burner that is provided on a glass melting tank, and comprises: a refractory block (10) which comprises a jetting surface (11) that faces the inside of the glass melting tank, a fuel gas orifice (13) that is opened in the jetting surface (11) and jets a fuel gas into the glass melting tank, and an oxygen orifice (14) that is adjacent to the fuel gas orifice (13) and is opened in the jetting surface (11) so as to jet oxygen into the glass melting tank; and a fuel gas nozzle (17) that is provided within the fuel gas orifice (13) and jets the fuel gas through the fuel gas orifice (13). In the glass melting tank, the fuel gas jetted from the fuel gas orifice (13) is burned together with the oxygen jetted from the oxygen orifice (14). The fuel gas orifice (13) has a predetermined chamfered part (18).
