This bus bar unit 22 is attached to a plurality of power storage elements 11 having electrode terminals 12A, 12B, and comprises: a bus bar 30 connected to the electrode terminals 12A, 12B; a circuit board 40 overlapping the bus bar 30; and a fixing member 53 made of synthetic resin and fixed in a state where the bus bar 30 and the circuit board 40 overlap each other. A bus bar through-hole 34 passing through the bus bar 30 and a board through-hole 50 passing through the circuit board 40 are aligned. The fixing member 53 has: a shaft part 55 inserted into the bus bar through-hole 34 and the board through-hole 50; a bus bar-side enlarged diameter portion 56B of the shaft part 55 that protrudes from the bus bar through-hole 34 and has an outer diameter dimension greater than the inner diameter dimension of the bus bar through-hole 34; and a board-side enlarged diameter portion 56A of the shaft part 55 that protrudes from the board through-hole 50 and has an outer diameter dimension greater than the inner diameter dimension of the board through-hole 50. The outer surface of the shaft part 55 is closely adhered to the inner surface of the bus bar through-hole 34 and the board through-hole 50.
