Abstract:

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a bus bar unit such that the durability and reliability of an insulating holder can be improved while achieving satisfactory insulation performance. The bus bar unit is equipped with: drive-side bus bars (43U, 43V, 43W); and a drive-side insulating holder (43H) holding the drive-side bus bars (43U, 43V, 43W), which are arranged in parallel, and insulating the drive-side bus bars (43U, 43V, 43W) from each other. In this drive-side bus bar unit (43), the drive-side insulating holder (43H) has: a mold part (431) where the entire periphery of one drive-side bus bar (43U) of the drive-side bus bars (43U, 43V, 43W) is molded; wall parts (432) disposed at positions spaced apart from respective side surfaces (431s) of the mold part (431) and insulating the drive-side bus bars (43U, 43V, 43W) from each other; and bus bar holding groove parts (433) in which the remaining drive-side bus bars (43V, 43W) are held between the mold part (431) and the wall parts (432) respectively. The height (H1) of the wall parts (432) is set lower than the height (H2) defined by the width of the drive-side bus bars (43U, 43V, 43W).
