Abstract:
The present invention enables electronic data storage of transaction documents obtained mainly by paperless fax to meet electronic data storage requirements without using timestamps, and improves convenience through various linked systems. A business information data file management system 100 classifies business information data files into national tax-related transaction documents obtained mainly by paperless fax, and other business information, and registers same. Transaction information data files or ordinary business information data files are extracted in response to output instruction input and outputted in a predetermined format. When storing a transaction information data file, the date of the transaction, the name of the counterparty, and the monetary amount, which are necessary for visibility as required by law, as well as the file name, registration date, and a hash value of the file are recorded as metadata, and when extracting a transaction information data file in response to output instruction input, the registration date is set to immutable and the above metadata is outputted as a file in a read-only format.
