Abstract:
The present application relates to a busway device. In the invention, a PE wire conductor and a housing are designed to be integrally formed, and a connector (3) is directly used as the PE wire conductor, such that the grounding performance of the housing is reliable; the PE wire conductor of an end portion of a busway is subjected to milling machining to protrude from a body, thus ensuring that system grounding of a connection between a bus and a bus section is reliable; live wire and neutral wire phase conductors (6) are designed to be respectively located in inner cavities of two sides of the PE wire conductor, and in application, two phase conductors on the outer side can quickly dissipate heat by means of side plates, thus greatly improving the overall heat dissipation capability; moreover, an increased cross section is designed between upper and lower ends of the PE wire conductor and upper and lower cover plates to increase a heat dissipation area of the housing, and the space between the housing and the phase conductors is filled with special-shaped rubber strips to improve the waterproof performance of the busway. Thus, the noise generated by the busway in an energization process due to space volume vibration caused by an alternating change of an electromagnetic field is effectively reduced.
