Disclosed are a button structure and a wearable device. The button structure is applied to the wearable device. The button structure comprises a shell, a trigger assembly and a button assembly. The shell is provided with a mounting cavity, a movable cavity and a button hole communicated with the movable cavity, wherein the movable cavity is communicated with the mounting cavity. The trigger assembly is provided in the mounting cavity. The button assembly comprises a button rod and an operation member; the button rod is movably provided in the movable cavity and partially extends into the mounting cavity to correspond to the trigger assembly; a rotating groove is formed at the end of the button rod distant from the trigger assembly; the operation member is configured to be spherical; and the operation member is movably provided in the button hole, and is partially rotatably accommodated in the rotating groove, wherein the operation member is pressed to drive the button rod to trigger the trigger assembly; and/or the operation member is rotated to trigger the trigger assembly. The present invention aims at providing a button structure having various button functions and being convenient to operate, and the button structure is applied to a wearable device, thereby effectively improving user experience.
