Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a cut-resistant protective glove and a manufacturing method therefor. The manufacturing method comprises: step 1: selecting a cut-resistant, low-cost fiber material to prepare yarns; step 2, preparing a graphene composite fiber; step 3, using the graphene composite fiber obtained in step 2 to prepare graphene composite yarns; step 4, mixing the yarns obtained in step 1 with the graphene composite yarns obtained in step 3 to weave a glove blank; and step 5, impregnating the glove blank obtained in step 4 in a glove impregnating material, and then drying to obtain the cut-resistant protective glove. The present invention further provides a cut-resistant protective glove manufactured by the method. According to the cut-resistant protective glove and the manufacturing method therefor provided by the present invention, the manufactured glove has good cutting resistance, can reach American Standard grade 2, has soft hand feeling, does not use glass fiber, and particularly has the advantages of low cost and high cost performance.
