Abstract:
The invention relates to a cage for rolling bodies of a rolling bearing, comprising a first side ring (8), a second side ring axially spaced from the first side ring, and at least two webs (1), which connect the first side ring (1) to the second side ring and among each other form a pocket for one of the rolling bodies, wherein at least one of the webs (1) comprises a first web part (3) disposed at the first side ring (8) and a second web part (4) disposed at the second side ring, and a center web part (5) offset with respect to the first and second web parts (3, 4). The object of configuring the above cage such that it can withstand greater mechanical stresses is achieved according to the invention in that a support element (6) is provided, which supports the first web part (3) and the second web part (4) and connects the two side rings (8).
