Abstract:
The calculation method according to the one aspect of the present disclosure acquires a plurality of three-dimensional points which represent an object in a space on a computer, each of which indicates a location of the object (S151), classifies each of the plurality of three-dimensional points into each of a plurality of groups on the basis of the normal direction of that three-dimensional point (S152), and calculates a second accuracy such that when a first accuracy of at least one three-dimensional point belonging to each of the plurality of groups is high, the second accuracy of that group is increased (S153). Each of the plurality of three-dimensional points is generated by sensors detecting light from the object in a plurality of different directions at a plurality of different locations. The normal direction is obtained on the basis of the plurality of different directions used to generate the three-dimensional point having that normal direction.
