Abstract:
Provided is a camera image transmission method, comprising: extracting a plurality of whole images from a video stream photographed by a camera, wherein the plurality of whole images record a plurality of targets; extracting a plurality of local images from the plurality of whole images, wherein there are a plurality of local images extracted from at least one whole image; and transmitting the extracted local images to a storage device, and transmitting, to the storage device, a whole image corresponding to the transmitted local images, wherein a plurality of whole images for local images correspond to a same whole image.
