A camera module according to an embodiment may include: a frame; a lens unit that is movably arranged with respect to the frame and includes at least one lens; a first carrier which includes an AF magnet arranged to face a first direction, and is coupled to the lens unit to move the lens unit in the first direction; and a second carrier which includes a first OIS magnet arranged on a first side and a second OIS magnet arranged on a second side and moves the lens unit in at least one of a second direction or a third direction different from the second direction. The frame may include a first AF coil arranged in the frame to face the AF magnet, a first OIS coil arranged in the frame to face the first OIS magnet, and a second OIS coil arranged in the frame to face the second OIS magnet. The first carrier may include a first yoke arranged to face the first OIS magnet, and a second yoke arranged to face the second OIS magnet. Various other embodiments identified through the specification are possible.
