Abstract:
An electro-osmotic pump, according to one embodiment of the present invention, may comprise: a first housing and a second housing that are coupled to each other so as to provide an internal space in which fluid is accommodated; a membrane assembly attached to the inner surface of the second housing to divide the internal space into a first space and a second space; a piston movable by means of the fluid flowing between the first space and the second space through the membrane assembly; and a first terminal connected to the side of the membrane assembly in the first space from the outside through a first penetration part penetrating the first housing, and a second terminal connected to the side of the membrane assembly in the second space from the outside through a second penetration part penetrating the second housing.
